Job Responsibilities
Operate large automated machines, including basic operations such as loading and unloading. High degree of automation; the position is relatively easy, requiring standing work.
Job Requirements
1. Junior college diploma or above; age 18-45 years old;
2. Strong hands-on ability, hardworking, and disciplined;
3. Good health, able to adapt to overtime and shift work.
Benefits
1. Upon employment, five insurances are provided; housing fund is paid the following month; annual health check-ups, training, and birthday benefits are also provided;
2. Accommodation: Four-person dormitory, equipped with water heater, air conditioning, independent bathroom, and Wi-Fi;
3. Working hours: Day shift: 8:30-20:30; Night shift: 20:30-8:30; Six days on, one day off; shift rotation, shift change every two weeks;
4. Meals: Two free work meals provided daily (not meal allowance, direct card swiping);
5. Leave: Statutory holidays (such as marriage leave, maternity leave, paternity leave, bereavement leave, etc.) with pay; 5 days of paid annual leave after one year of employment.
Salary Range
Basic: 6000-7000 * 13 months salary
Variable: Year-end bonus fluctuates according to KPI assessment (1-2 months)
