Semiconductor Test Engineer
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for maintaining and updating documents such as FMEA, CP, SOP, and OCAP for the testing process, especially the inspection station;
2. Responsible for handling issues related to Vision inspection in the testing process;
3. Responsible for improvement projects related to Vision inspection in the testing process;
4. Train testing technicians and production line employees.
Job Requirements
1. Junior college degree or above, majoring in electronics/microelectronics/mechanical automation or related fields;
2. More than three years of relevant work experience is preferred;
3. Able to work overtime, work carefully and meticulously, have a strong sense of responsibility, and be able to withstand hardship;
4. Have a certain ability to withstand pressure, be good at finding and solving problems.

Copper and tin plating process engineer
Job Responsibilities
1. Tin-copper plating process document preparation and maintenance: Responsible for preparing and maintaining process documents for the tin-copper plating process, including SOPs, CPs, FMEAs, and quality standards;
2. Anomaly analysis, improvement, and yield enhancement: Analyze and improve process anomalies, and develop corresponding short-term and long-term measures, reflecting them in relevant control documents. Investigate the root causes of long-term potential problems and develop effective control measures based on process conditions;
3. Development and introduction of new chemicals, and process evaluation of new products;
4. Responsible for handling customer complaints related to the tin-copper plating process and writing 8D reports. Accompany, explain, and answer questions during customer online tin-copper plating process audits, and respond to issues arising from audits.
Job Requirements
1. Full-time college diploma or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, electrochemistry, materials science, electronics, microelectronics, or other related engineering disciplines;
2. Possess basic knowledge of electrochemistry, and be familiar with the tin-copper plating process flow and the principles of related wet processing equipment;
3. Three or more years of experience in the same position. Experience working at Amkor Technology is preferred;
4. Possess the ability to write 8D reports and perform statistical analysis.

Job Responsibilities
Operate large automated machines, including basic operations such as loading and unloading. High degree of automation; the position is relatively easy, requiring standing work.
Job Requirements

2. Strong hands-on ability, hardworking, and disciplined;
3. Good health, able to adapt to overtime and shift work.
Benefits
